Given that this project is ongoing, I add and/or improve the project – Deadliest American Disasters and Large-Loss-of-Life Events – continually. If you see an omission or correction to the text, my contact information is provided. Please note, patience is needed, I am presently working to make current entries more exact and/or add events from the thousands of files I have gathered, but not yet reviewed and/or researched.
If you find an event that meets the criteria outlined for this project (10 or more deaths), and can scan in or provide the links to reputable and/or original sources (not Wikipedia), I will review them for addition to the project.
If the material is added to the project and/or corrections made to text I will alert you and mention your contribution.
